Thank you for your interest in a Discover Downtown Franklin vendor opportunity. The following is our current vendor information. Additional information regarding cost and basic logistics will be provided in the application forms when they are available. More details will be provided via follow-up communications to vendors who are approved.

2025 Fall Vintage and Handmade Fest

The Fall Vintage and Handmade Fest is a vendor event in downtown Franklin. Vendors must sell items that are vintage and/or handmade (or homegrown). Products will be juried by a committee and the vendor can bring only those item types that were approved. Only a handful of food truck vendors will be invited.

Vendor applications open: July 28, 2025 via MarketSpread platform.

Applications close/deadline: August 29, 2025 

Vendor approval notifications: Will be sent on a rolling basis, with the final approval notifications by September 5, 2025.

2025 Franklin Winter Market

The Franklin Winter Market is a vendor event in downtown Franklin during the holiday lighting celebration. Vendors must sell items (often holiday-themed) that are handmade or homegrown. Products will be juried by a committee and the vendor can bring only those item types that were approved. We do NOT include food trucks in our vendor list for this event - Franklin Parks & Recreation books for this event.

Returning vendor applications open: September 17, 2025 via MarketSpread platform.

New vendor applications open: October 6, 2025 via MarketSpread platform

Applications will close: When the market is full. We will accept a limited number of vendors for a waitlist.

Vendor approval notifications: Will be sent on a rolling basis, with the final approval notifications by November 7, 2025.

2026 Franklin Farmers Market

Logo-Farmers-MarketThe Franklin Farmers Market is a beloved and very popular market in Downtown Franklin. Our vendors are juried by committee and only sell items that are handmade or homegrown by the vendor. We ensure an excellent mix of produce and farm products, baked or prepared foods, and unique handmade items. We are actively seeking a quality food truck or two with breakfast/brunch/lunch items who will consistently be at our market each Saturday.

Applications will close when the market is full. We will accept a limited number of vendors for a wait list.

  • Market Dates: Saturdays 8am-12noon, May 30 - September 12, 2026, rain or shine

The Ethos Celebration of the Arts is Franklin's premier fine arts festival. Vendor applications through the ZAPP platform will be juried by a committee and the vendor can bring only those item types that were approved. This event is a great mix of both local and traveling professional artists.

Most downtown/amphitheater events with Food Trucks are booked through Franklin Parks and Recreation. Any food truck opportunities through Discover Downtown Franklin other than those listed above will be listed in this section.

The musicians at the Franklin Farmers Market are booked by the Franklin Symphonic Council. All other event musicians are booked through Crossroads Promotions. Discover Downtown Franklin does not book musicians directly.

Franklin Fall Festival, Amphitheater Concert Series, Etc.
The Franklin Fall Festival (different from our Fall Vintage and Handmade Fest) and the various concert series are run by the Franklin Parks and Recreation Department. Please contact them if you have interest or questions about those events.
 
Franklin Parades
The Franklin Fair Parade (Johnson County 4H and Agricultural Fair), Fall Festival Parade (the Franklin Parks and Recreation Department) and the Holiday Lighting Parade (the Franklin Chamber of Commerce) are all run by other organizations. Please reach out to them directly with any questions.
