Thank you for your interest in a Discover Downtown Franklin vendor opportunity. The following is our current vendor information. Additional information will be provided in the application forms when they are available. More details will be provided via follow-up communications to vendors who are approved. Please note that we rarely directly hire musicians or food trucks/vendors. See the respective sections at the bottom of this page for more information.
Spring Vintage and Handmade Fest

The Spring Vintage & Handmade Fest is a vendor event in downtown Franklin. Vendors must sell items that are vintage and/or handmade (or homegrown). Products will be juried by a committee and the vendor can bring only those item types that were approved. Only a handful of food truck vendors will be invited.

Franklin Farmers Market
Saturdays, May 30 through September 12, 2026
The Franklin Farmers Market is a beloved and very popular market in Downtown Franklin. Our vendors are juried by committee and only sell items that are handmade or homegrown by the vendor. We ensure an excellent mix of produce and farm products, baked or prepared foods and unique handmade items.

- Full season (16 weeks): $240 per booth space (+$40 for electricity, if available)
- Half season (8 weeks): $136 per booth space (+$25 for electricity, if available)

Ethos Celebration of the Arts

The Ethos Celebration of the Arts is Franklin's premier fine arts festival. Vendor applications through the ZAPP platform will be juried by a committee and the vendor can bring only those item types that were approved. This event is a great mix of both local and traveling professional artists.

Franklin Winter Market

The Franklin Winter Market is a vendor event in downtown Franklin during the holiday lighting celebration. Vendors must sell items (often holiday-themed) that are handmade or homegrown. Products will be juried by a committee and the vendor can bring only those item types that were approved. We do NOT include food trucks in our vendor list for this event - Franklin Parks & Recreation books for this event.

Food Trucks
Most downtown/amphitheater events with Food Trucks are booked through Franklin Parks and Recreation. Any food truck opportunities through Discover Downtown Franklin other than those listed above will be listed in this section.
Musicians
The musicians at the Franklin Farmers Market are booked by the Franklin Symphonic Council. All other event musicians are booked through Crossroads Promotions. Discover Downtown Franklin does not book musicians directly.
