Located about 30 minutes south of downtown Indianapolis, Franklin is the Johnson County Seat. There are so many things to do and see in historic downtown Franklin. Our courthouse square is the heart of our city and serves as the site of many community events, such as our 4th Friday concerts, Farmer's Market and the Holiday Lighting Celebration.
