Purpose of the Committee:
The purpose of Organization Committee/Executive Committee is to keep the board and each committee in good shape by attracting people and funding to the organization. The Organization Committee takes responsibility for managing the financial and logistical aspects of Discover Downtown Franklin, Inc.

1. To keep other committees and the board organized and following their work plans
2. Manage part-time paid staff
3. Oversee fundraising efforts and sponsorships
4. Put together a proposal to the Redevelopment Commission for permanent organization funding and full-time employment by 2011
