Purpose of the Committee: Committee Chair: Bette Emry
The Economic Restructuring Committee is dedicated to improving the well-being of downtown Franklin’s business environment. We recently conducted a market analysis of the downtown area to better understand what industries are represented and which ones are needed. We now have an overview of what downtown Franklin has to offer consumers, residents, employment seekers, and business owners. Along with that, we are continually brainstorming new ideas to assist current and potential business owners in the area with loan programs, cooperative advertising, and other needed services. Helping improve business in the downtown area is our main concern and we are always looking for fresh ideas and new faces to serve on our committee.
